I purchased 2 lovely shirred tops for the Summer from FatFace Fort Kinnaird. Gorgeous colours and superb quality. I found it easy to find what i was looking for and the staff were, as always, very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact there was a sale on too, so managed to buy both tops at a reasonable discount.

So pleased with all my purchases.
All the clothes are well made, good quality. Sadly I have osteoporosis and I’m shrinking therefore the regular fit dresses are a shade too long. Most of my wardrobe is full of Fatface which I wear everyday.

I bought a nice Christmas jumper in a sale. I thought, what the hell, Christmas starts earlier every year, I'll be wearing it soon! The jumper is great and the service excellent as usual.

Light weight but cosy jumper
Easy pick up from local store. Lovely light weight but warm jumper. Good for travelling, washes at 30 and dries quickly.

Very annoyed!
My order should have arrived on Monday 22nd but I had an email to say it had been delayed. Then I had a text telling me it had been delayed until 29th - A whole week later, and too late for Christmas! And much too late for one of the recipients who was flying back home on 28th. I did go to the store where I should have picked them up to be told that I’ll have to go back and pick them up when they do come in, and return them.
Unbelievably, on that day (22nd) I ordered the same items from Next online (yes, same Fatface items) and picked them up (from Next (next door to the Fatface store) the next day (23rd). Now, that was good service!
I still do not have the items from Fatface as it’s now 28th so I will need to go back to the shop tomorrow (if they arrive!) and return them then.
Yes I am very annoyed with the service from Fatface. So far no explanation!

I ordered an item to be collected in store, it was available quickly and the process of collecting it was as smooth as possible. The sales staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Love going to this shop
Love going to this shop! Staff are very friendly, happy and helpful. Ordered online but had to return - absolutely no problems. They were also happy to order again in store for me. Online order came within a few days and I was kept up to date with its progress.
