Very annoyed!
My order should have arrived on Monday 22nd but I had an email to say it had been delayed. Then I had a text telling me it had been delayed until 29th - A whole week later, and too late for Christmas! And much too late for one of the recipients who was flying back home on 28th. I did go to the store where I should have picked them up to be told that I’ll have to go back and pick them up when they do come in, and return them.
Unbelievably, on that day (22nd) I ordered the same items from Next online (yes, same Fatface items) and picked them up (from Next (next door to the Fatface store) the next day (23rd). Now, that was good service!
I still do not have the items from Fatface as it’s now 28th so I will need to go back to the shop tomorrow (if they arrive!) and return them then.
Yes I am very annoyed with the service from Fatface. So far no explanation!

I ordered an item to be collected in store, it was available quickly and the process of collecting it was as smooth as possible. The sales staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Love going to this shop
Love going to this shop! Staff are very friendly, happy and helpful. Ordered online but had to return - absolutely no problems. They were also happy to order again in store for me. Online order came within a few days and I was kept up to date with its progress.

Fatface rocks
The staff were super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. My order was ready for me to collect as per the email. Bought a few extra pieces whilst I was in the store. I have been shopping at Fatface for the last 16 years and love their clothes.

Great customer service
The shop at Fort Kinnaird never had what I wanted so the lady checked online and ordered it for me, very helpful staff and nothing is an issue for them. My goods arrived very quickly and I was updated on the progress of my order.

I recently purchased dress from Fat Face and I'm so impressed! The is even more vibrant in person, and the material feels luxurious against my skin. It has a beautiful a pockets. The fit is perfect – I ordered a size 14 and it's true to size, flattering my figure without being too tight. It's also incredibly comfortable to wear all day, and I received so many compliments! The quality of the stitching is excellent, and it feels very durable. I highly recommend this dress, it's a great value for the price."

Quality products
Bought 2 dresses online. One fitted perfect other was a bit neat across the bust. Went into store to try bigger size Staff were very friendly & helpful. Ended up with another dress the same size but fitted much better & looks great
