Very happy with my new jeans
Very happy with my new jeans, dressing gown and socks. Excellent quality and I’m short and the 10s jeans from Fat Face always fit me perfectly, which is not easy as I am 5’2 and at times struggle to get a good fit in jeans.
Quick and easy delivery, always find it easy to return if I buy 2 sizes which is a big plus.
Bought these online but always find the staff in Glasgow Buchanan Street excellent, I have been in store too this month.

Friendly and helpful staff
Easy to order, quick delivery to shop even though run up to Christmas. Staff very helpful and friendly as always at Glasgow Buchanan St. I also had something to return with was easy and money in my account quickly.

Bomber knitted cardigan
The cardigan I ordered was excellent quality, but unfortunately the medium size I ordered was too big. I returned item to the shop and was given a refund. The lady I dealt with in the shop was very helpful.
I intend to order the item in a smaller size.
I would recommend to down size if ordering this garment.

Collection at the store was made easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere in store. One point of constructive criticism would be to improve the quality of the lighting in the changing rooms, which is very unflattering.
