Ordered online to collect at Hebden Bridge. Delivery was quicker than expected and on collection staff were pleasant and helpful. Looking around the store everything was well laid out and there was a good choice.

Visited with friends and had a wonderful experience at the store. Jayney and Kim went over and above in helpfulness - ordering a coat online for me that wasn’t available their store. Their friendly and warm service was exceptional - and they obviously enjoy their job. Thank you both!

Helpful staff enabling me to order an unavailable size to be home delivered.
Good quality clothing.
Sizing guide I felt to be inaccurate I ordered jeans on line and length was wrong.
Easy returns however.
