The lighting needs addressing at this store, the intense spots are at eye level and blinding, the sun is also blinding in the changing rooms so you can’t see yourself in the mirror, the curtains are also pretty useless esp when unisex. Small things easy to fix 🤞🤞

Very positive experience with some lovely staff
We called in today to have a shop around (myself, my mum, auntie and grandma) we were greeted by Jane and Kim. They honestly couldn't be more helpful and passionate about the clothing and the brand. Really helped us pick out some stunning pieces that fit and suited our styles and body types. They were so helpful and willing to spend time with us and any other customers in the shop. It felt like a really personal experience. I would visit hebden bridge for this shop alone. Thank you so much to Kim and Jayne!xx
