Just have to say, the staff in the Hebden Bridge store are so lovely, friendly and professional.
I had an exchange and they couldn’t do enough.
Even asked about my dogs and gave them treats, told me about her dog too.
Fabulous customer service.

Excellent customer service from Suzie at the Heden Bridge store and good variety of clothing and sizes available in the store. The quality of the cardigan I bought is a bargain for the sale price and an extra 20% off at the till was a bonus for me!

shopping for boots
Called into the hebden bridge shop today as I was looking for some boots. The lady assistant was so nice and helpful, nothing too much trouble. I purchased the boots and she explained about being on the loyalty scheme which of course I joined. Thank you for being so pleasant
