The assistants were so helpful and gave me really good advice. I was so disappointed to learn that the shop is closing permanently on 20 June - a real loss to the town.

Love this
Love this. Soft but sturdy. Have bought other makes/brands before but some always drop a size after their first wash even though I take care on temperatures & cycles. But this doesn’t & I don’t know why I didn’t try Fat Face before now but I’m not going back. Haven’t washed many times yet but I bought the lounge hoodie a few months ago & that’s doing very well too so I’ve no worries. I was also able to collect with my two Cockapoos which was also really helpful.

Late delivery and poor communication
Ordered 2 items to be delivered to store on Wednesday 11th December, email received to say that delivery was running late. Contacted by customer services on Thursday 12th December after sending a message, informed that they could not issue a refund but the parcel should arrive in store within 24hrs. Went to store on Friday 13th December to be told they would not be getting any deliveries until the Sunday.
Such a mess and still waiting on a refund. Totally put off shopping in FatFace in future.

Birthday voucher Discount
Order was a bit slow getting to the store but I was informed all the way. Jean Jacket was lovely, but had to order a size bigger because the arms were too tight on the Size 18, so had to buy a Size 20.
I got a birthday voucher so I got £6 off , even better.
No cash is taken in stores which was a negative.

Amazing service in Hitchin Fat face.
Ordering online was smooth and simple, this however was not the overriding best part of the purchase. The best part was the amazing friendly, helpful and kind interaction I had with the young lady in the Hitchin shop where I picked up my order. It was a pleasure to get such a pleasant and helpful conversation. I came away feeling I would happily shop there again.
