The assistants were so helpful and gave me really good advice. I was so disappointed to learn that the shop is closing permanently on 20 June - a real loss to the town.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had ordered two pairs of wellies by mistake but it was no problem and I was refunded straight away.

5-7 working days for delivery on online orders is too long
Whenever you order online to pick up from the shop it takes a week to arrive. Most shops deliver in a few days, or even the following day if you order early enough.

The staff are excellent
The staff are excellent, very helpful and polite. I wish the store was much bigger and so able to stock a lot more items, for both ladies and children.

Click amd collect needs a tweek
I like fat face and I like clothes.
I really like the hitchin shop and the service if generally really good.
However, I am not giving fatface 5 stars as I wish I could just go into my local shop and order for click and collect as I hate ordering online. I would like my local shop to have my money in their till and not at head office. At moment, if I order in there I have to have it posted to my house which is ridiculous. I don't have time to wait in for the PO.

Fat Face Hitchin store
Have been using this store for many years and it continues to deliver. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and will always check their stock room if you are unable to find the correct size. They will always arrange an on-line order for you from the store otherwise.
