Even though I had the option to return…
Even though I had the option to return my item in store, Kingston Fat Face refused to take it, and I had to go back and post it with limited time as I am going on holiday. My intention was to buy another item in store which I won’t be doing now. Not good consistent service as I have done this previously and there as no problem. I want to know that when I buy a product I need to be able to return it as effortless as I bought it, this is not the case, cumbersome process to return as previous reviews state. Not worth buying there anymore.

I understand this would have been inconvenient for you having travelled to the store to make your return and not be able to do so. Sadly, we cannot accept online purchases made via Klarna back to our stores. These purchases will need to be returned via post to ensure your refund goes back directly to your Klarna account. "Last chance to buy (faulty) items... at full whack"
Not happy with FatFace practice around "Last chance to buy items". When items have a small fault, they are not reduced, the fault is recorded, not very visibly, in the label but they are not reduced at all. If you don't notice, you pay the full amount for a faulty item. Then at home you discover the fault, use your time and money to go and tell them and hopefully get an exchange or a reduction just to be told that these items are not for exchanging and as the label describes the fault and you bought it like that (without realising) there's no reduction for you either. I really needed this item so I will spend yet more time trying to fix it having paid the full whack. This is not honest IMO

Had ordered a sparkly cardi online and…
Had ordered a sparkly cardi online and found it was a little too large. Rang my nearest store, Kingston and asked if they had a size 12 and they did and put it by for me to go the next day and try on and hopefully exchange. I was able to try on and successfully exchange.

We had very helpful support from Gail who was very attentive without being intrusive. She was friendly and offered good advice. This is just the sort of help we needed and it is becoming less common these days so much appreciated. I enquired about a 'Black Friday' discount and she reminded me about my Blue Light card which I was able to use.
