Had selected this store due to visiting…
Had selected this store due to visiting the town that evening, but realised later in the afternoon we would not make the 5.30pm collection time due to traffic problems. We also had to leave the town early next morning. We contacted the store direct and after emailing the barcode through the ladies kindly arranged for my parcel to be dropped of at our hotel around the corner. Fantastic service. Thank you

Pleased with product, would have been pleased with click and collect but received confusing and contradictory emails - that my parcel was delayed and wouldn’t arrive in store on the scheduled day - so I reorganised my day accordingly - only to receive another email a couple of hours later confirming delivery had been made 🤔🤔

Easy pick up and outfit is lovely quality. I ordered two of the same item for sizing and took one back. Assistant was huffing and puffing as she wasn’t quite sure what to do for a return but a colleague came to help. All in all it was an easy experience.
