Great Winter sale and excellent customer service
Great Winter sale as usual and got a lovely bright red jumper half price, a hat and 2 gorgeous mini felted animal tree decorations half price too.
The cashier who served me was so friendly and chatty which makes your day even better. I don't know her name unfortunately but she was working at the Kirkby Lonsdale branch of Fat Face. So thank you for that.

Sized a little small
Bought the normal size for my husband, but too small. Reordered for in store collection and arrived very quickly.
Refund processed in store. Still waiting refund to account so assume it will clear shortly.

Lovely experience
Wow what a lovely experience I’ve had today in the Fat Face Store in Kirkby Lonsdale.
The assistants were so lovely and helpful without being too pushy.
I ended up leaving the store with a lovely outfit which included a dress, jacket and sandals.
I will definitely return when I get chance.
