Great style, great service
Had been eyeing up a this tankini and high waist bikini bottoms on line for ages so decided to order and had them delivered to my local store as I knew there was a likelihood of returning them.
They were quick finding them for me and I was able to try on. Although the style was great I’m afraid I didn’t care for the fabric ( which of course you can’t feel online!) so returned them there and then without fuss- I didn’t even need to produce the card I’d bought them on.
All in all a good experience although I didn’t buy in the end. Please produce more of these style swimsuits though- great for those with pregnancy stretch marks and/ or long in the body- but in a less shiny, more robust feeling fabric!

Happy With My Online Order Experience
Easy order process and relatively quick delivery to my local store. As always the in store staff were lovely when I went to collect my parcel. Would order online again if the item or my size was not in the store.

Great quality Airlie top and excellent service at the store. I popped in on the off chance that my order had been delivered, even though I'd not had an email. The guy who served me checked the system, but my order wasn't showing. So, he went to the store room to double check, and found my order. He was welcoming, efficient and wanted to help 👍🏼

Great staff at Lichfield
The product I bought was the wrong size. The refund was made to me and I have now bought a larger size which is great. The staff at my Lichfield store were extremely helpful during this transaction.

Love the cosy feel to all the clothes! I love that it's not cheap but not too expensive either! Staff are very lovely in the store, specifically one gentleman didn't get his name but he had a cool style and had worn cool earrings

I was unable to initially collect my order as I had covid. I phoned the shop and the person who answered could not have been nicer or more empathetic. I was able to collect my order when feeling better and am very happy with the changing robe I ordered for my son.
