Delivery was good
Delivery was good, return was easy and the staff at the Lichfield shop were really helpful. Disappointed with the product. They seem to have changed the fit on the Breton top. I have three of these bought a few years back but the sleeves on them now are too tight at the elbow. I am only 7 stone and was trying a size 10. Please go back to the original measurements.

I have recently bought clothes, a bag and shoes from Fatface which are always good quality. I always find the staff in the different stores friendly and helpful which makes it a pleasure to shop in your stores.

Ordered online but needed to return the item (nothing wrong with dress just too big😃). Took it into Lichfield store and the assistant was having a lovely conversation with another customer and clearly made her feel very important. When it was my turn she was equally as friendly with me.

Visited the Lichfield store to purchase…
Visited the Lichfield store to purchase a jumper I’d seen on the website. The young lady who served us that day was so lovely and helpful, the item was not in store but she assured me that I could get it delivered asap, as this was a gift for my son’s girlfriend, the item arrived on time, which was great. I will definitely be shopping there again.
The staff are amazing, offering advice on colour choices and sizing.

Well received the clothes
Well received the clothes. The quality are great. One top for my son was too big and I returned it to the shop. The staff has been really nice and helpful. Will always come back to FatFace for shopping.

Ordered these tops in the sale
Ordered these tops in the sale - wasn’t too sure on sizes so ordered 2 large and 2 extra large. The size large fitted perfectly, so I will need to return 2 XL. The quality is lovely, they feel soft to the touch, they are light weight but are warm on.
