Ordered for collection from a shop
Ordered for collection from a shop. Had to wait as two orders placed within minutes of each other were delivered on different days to my selected shop.Went to the shop to collect and try on in shop. Shame there were 3 assistants in the shop all busy talking with each other and ignoring me trying to get their attention. Not impressed. I ended up returning all items due to lack of help from the staff.

A repeat experience. I loved the first item. Perfick fit. Soft and comfortable. Lovely tone of colour. So I ordered two more the same in the sale in different colours. So delighted.

Great quality and choice
I like the vibe for mens casual clothes. The quality is always very good, together with the colours and designs.
I usually buy sweatshirts and hoodies in the winter and shorts in the summer.
Not so keen on the womenswear - a bit too conservative and “Mumsy” for my taste!

Lovely, welcoming store
I have visited the Lymington store a few times over the past month now, and the staff in there are so lovely and welcoming. They are so friendly and happy to help without being pushy. Will definitely be visiting again.

Kind and helpful staff
The customer service that I experienced in the Fat Face Lymington store was excellent, when I visited last week. The staff were incredibly friendly when I entered the store - they were smiling and immediately engaged in conversation with me throughout my experience.
They were very helpful, professional, and knowledgable on the products in store, and this really benefitted my experience and helped me with my purchase.
I definitely will be returning to the store soon!
