Great service and product - keep working on sustainability
Great service, friendly staff and the product is just what I wanted for a good price - five stars for all of that. Bought online and collected in the local shop. A shame there was so much plastic in the packaging, especially as I was picking it up in-store.

No notification
I ordered 2 items on Sunday 15th October. I received an e mail on Monday the 16th of October to say my items had been despatched to the shop of my choice and the shop will notify me when they have received it. I waited until Monday the 23rd of October for the emai and I hadn’t received anything, so I contacted your customer services and they said it had been delivered to the shop. So we went to pick it up and they said it was there but it hadn’t been ticked off.
The shop is 10 miles away and we went shopping there on Saturday the 21st of October but I didn’t go in and ask them as your e mail said not to go to the shop until you receive confirmation they have the parcel.
I don’t think i’ll be ordering anything online again from your company.
