Love Fatface quality and style. Little more expensive, maybe, but lovely styles that last. I can pick up orders from my local store at no extra cost too....wouldn't change a thing!

Gorgeous clothes
Ordered a nice coat for the winter, my usual size, but it was too big. Returned it, which was free, and ordered a smaller size which fits perfectly. Might be nice to be able to use the return form to return an item and order a different size at the same time.

Boots and returns
Bought 3 pairs of boots online. Incredibly uncomfortable on the heel. All had to go back. I tried to return to a store having read the return information. Lugged the boots to town. Shop refused to return them as had paid by PayPal. Its in the small print but not obvious. Most other shops take the item and then process the return later for PayPal. Instead I had yo lug the boots round on my shopping trip, come home, package them all up, drive to the post office, que etc etc. Not impressed. Why discourage a shopper visiting a store, terrible experience.
