Jan was so helpful in your Fistral beach Newquay store . She went above and beyond to help by searching several stores for a coat we wanted and eventually found it in Turo where she contacted the store to have it put by for us. What a great team member you have in Jan

A visit to the FatFace shop at Fistral Beach at Newquay was fantastic. Jan and Jo were extremely helpful when I had an item to return and subsequently bought another dress. They were both very kind, helpful and friendly and as absolute asset to the store. Thanks both! Tanya

A positive experience from ordering through to collection. The staff member was friendly and helpful.

I first of all went to the Fatface store in Truro where the staff member was very helpful and, when they didn’t have what I wanted, sourced it in their Newquay Fistral store. I went there the following day and Stephanie had put the Sussex jacket I’d wanted aside for me. She was very helpful and friendly, gave me advice on sizing and style, and I ended up not only buying the jacket but also a cream hoodie and a fair isle jumper. I’ll definitely use the store again

I have shopped in FatFace, in various stores, for many years, but I wanted to thank Suzie at Fistral, for her friendly and very helpful service yesterday.... She really did make the whole experience a pleasure, and found for me just what I was looking for...

I love FatFace skirts, they are so easy to wear, the fabric is lovely and I love the different colours and patterns they bring out each year. I have 7 of these skirts now, they go great with a simple t-shirt and flip flops or dressed up with a blouse and heals. Great addition to a summer wardrobe.

Shopped in Fat Face on Fistral beach for many years when on holiday and also shop in FF locally to where we live in Wales. I love the FF store in Newquay. Lovely selection of clothes and Suzie the assistant was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work all FF staff.

Visited FatFace at Fistral Beach several times over a 2 week period. Each time, the store was clean, well stocked with a great choice of goods. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Susie, who’s such a lovely, friendly and warm person, with excellent knowledge of the store and the local area. She’s also our dogs new best friend. An absolute asset to your team. Thank you Susie.

As a support worker, I popped into this store with my customer and the staff were so very welcoming and helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel we had to rush whilst trying on multiple items.
Will definitely come back.

Popped in today at fistral beach to look at jeans but none in my size, Emmy and suzie could not have been more helpful in showing me more options on line of other jeans in my size.

My partner bought me slippers online for Xmas - too small. We went to Fatface at Fistral Beach Newquay at approximately 2pm on 5th January 2024 to either exchange or refund. The lady who dealt with us could not have been more helpful. There were no suitable replacements in store so we had to have a refund - this was expedited by the lady there and then. She even refunded the postage!
I can’t praise her enough. She turned the whole experience into a very simple exercise. Unfortunately I don’t have her name but she should be heading up your Customer Service department.

We saw some slipper/boots in the sale in Totnes but not in the size. We rang a few other stores and a young lady called Emma in Newquay went out of her way to check stock and phone us back. She put them aside and we went down to collect. We do not often see service like this - thank you Emma you are a credit to Fat Face - Kim
