Staff in the Nottingham store were incredibly helpful and kind. I was shopping with a friend who has mobility issues and as soon as we entered the store a staff member offered to show the way to the lift. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. An enjoyable experience.

Fatface - always good!
Ordering online was easy & the tee shirts arrived at the store in a couple of days. I was able to try them on and they fitted well. Staff as usual were very friendly & helpful.

Well I love looking through fat face love the products ! I bought the canvas bag and absolutely love it ! Came well packed. My son introduced me to get face he bought me some socks for Christmas and the fabric was great washed great too.

Delayed delivery.
Ordered a bag to be delivered to store by 3rd December. Now the 9th of December and still no sign of it. I did have a mail saying it work be delayed by 2/3 days but not by such a long time. Usually I am very happy with the service from FatFace.

Furthermore you unlike many other retailers still included a ready to go return label, should anything not be just right. To boot my local shop, Nottingham has the best disabled parking in town and a reliable lift in store. Doing things well included everyone. Well done Fat Face.
