Ordered on line click & collect, no confirmation of order email/text, or notification when product ready for collection, I had to contact customer services for information who were very helpful. Very pleased with new hat, good price and great product. Nottingham staff excellent.

Lovely jumper
The item was delivered to the store with the time stated. The 12 was too big but I managed to change it in store for a 10 with out any problems. Lovely jumper,very comfortable to wear had lots of compliments. Would highly recommend.

We were searching for the perfect Christmas jumper gift for our son and had almost given up! Amazingly found 2 we thought he would love. Chose one. Had a lovely chat with the assistant about our choice and our experience shopping in Nottingham. Later ordered the 2nd choice online. We are now big fans of FatFace and our son loved both jumpers.

I purchased 4 items today in the sale…
I purchased 4 items today in the sale and only realised when I got home that I was wrongly charged for one of the items it should have been £7.50 in the sale but I was charged the original price of £22.50 . I rang the store to let them know , they have agreed to refund the £15 to me when I go back tomorrow, but I will incur parking charge so will be out of pocket because of there error. So am not only now wasting time going back and more money on parking . 🙁
