Friendly atmosphere and cute clothes!
The sales associate at the store was very helpful with suggestions. I ended up buying the same shirt she was wearing. I love it. In the meantime I ordered a shirt on line which came today. Adorable! Nice fabric, seems very well made and both have cute designs. I am doubly happy!

The quality is great and well made, and staff is always helpful and accommodating.

Not a great in-store experience
In-store experience was not great--sales staff were very inefficient and, in general, seemed inexperienced. Desired item in size needed was not available, so I ordered while there. Despite assurances that it would be received within 7days, it took nearly two weeks. In the meantime, neither I nor any Fatface rep were able to track the package once it was shipped; finally it just showed up late. Lots of time wasted...then all for naught since the item was oddly cut/shaped for an M and had to be returned. Oh well.

Used FatFace for the first time and think it will be our last. We did reorder a next size down but had to do this separately as they do not allow exchanges on returns. So very poor communication and still to date no refund and no doubt will get excuse why refunds take weeks to be completed , but not good enough!!

I can see that you have emailed us on 16/01/23 and 18/01/23, we do respond asking for you to allow us 4-6 days to reply. We are busier than usual and are working hard to respond to queries as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges via our warehouse as you would do in a store, and we do ask for you to allow 14 days for our warehouse team to receive and process that return for you.
In the meantime, I have responded to your emails to try and help resolve this matter. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment that we have caused you and thank you for your patience. JB
