Asked for exchange but just refunded instead
The clothes are lovely however when I returned the items, I asked to exchange them for a different size - no communication from fat face and just refunded.

My husband and I round Fatface pretty recently and have already bought and ordered a number of items. You clothing is always great quality and that's what brings us back. Our recent trip to the store in Portsmouth NH was perfect. Your employees were gracious and helpful and we both really enjoyed the experience.
