I have just visited your Fat Face shop…
I have just visited your Fat Face shop in Rhosneir while on holiday in the area. I just felt I had to tell you how delightful the experience was. This was on a dreary Monday morning in the rain, but the customer service there was excellent - like walking into the sunshine for a few minutes.
If only all sales assistants were as pleasant and kind as Rhys, who was the fellow that served me there.

Really friendly
Really friendly, helpful staff, Rhys gave us a warm welcome when we entered the shop, was very quick on the till when paying for our items. Staff were all smiles and super nice to talk to.
