I like shopping at Fat Face because the clothes look good and are comfortable. The materials feel nice, too. The prices are reasonable. And, the staff are always friendly and super helpful.

Recently visited a store at Rushden Lakes. Christine and Lisa were very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this store as I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. I also really like the clothes

Rushden Lakes shop is so friendly. They’re all nice and Christine especially is. Can take my pup Silas in knowing he’ll get lots of fuss and cuddles. So good to have a local Fatface.

Helpful staff
All staff were very welcoming and in particular -Amy. She went out of her way to ensure that I found jeans to suit me. I ended up buying 2 pairs as they were so nice. A lovely store with the nicest staff!
