My internet order was delivered super quickly. I needed to arrange an exhange and try on another size. The team at Rushden lakes store were so helpful when I called in, especially Chris. I just wanted to say thank you, they sorted everything out for me and I love my Keswick trousers.

I have never before experienced such excellent customer service - the friendliness, helpfulness and sheer warmth of all members of staff are amazing. Hannah, who served me on this latest occasion, went over and above in helping me over a coat I purchased a few days previously from another branch. I am quite new to Fatface but have bought quite a few items this past year and I love their style, quality and fair price. The staff are clearly very happy in their workplace so thank you, Hannah and colleagues, for my lovely shopping experience!

I visited your store on late evening on Thursday 21/09/23 on a last ditched attempt to find a dress for a wedding the following day, I had a couple lined up at home but they just didn't feel right. your colleagues Hannah and Chris were in store and could see I was in desperate need of help, they went above and beyond to help me find something, they had just had a delivery that day and brought out a few things to try, I absolutely fell in love with the bird print dress which I felt was totally me, I was so happy, and am so proud to say I went to the wedding on Friday feeling really good and in a stunning dress. I can't thank them for what they did that night, it was above and beyond.

My first time visiting Rushden Lakes on Saturday (16/9). What a great place!. Enjoying some retail therapy and much needed catch up with my friend. One store that stood out with their impeccable Customer Service skills was indeed FatFace A warm welcoming, very tidy and well presented merchandising displays. No staff standing around twiddling their thumbs or hands in pockets. A special shout out to Lotti who we had the pleasure of being served by. What a gem of a lady. Bubbly, enthusiastic and definitely has the interpersonal skills spot on. Something that a lot of retail outlets are unfortunately lacking. It felt like I had been taken back in time to the very early years of 2000's when I worked within department stores myself. Customer satisfaction is the key 🔑 and this store has definitely excelled. Thank you once again Lotti and I hope you continue to thrive within the company and in life itself.

Delivery to store now makes things so much easier and cheaper. Very good range of swimwear especially the MCS range albeit very expensive and wish I had waited for the sale! Staff at Rushden Lakes store always very pleasant and helpful. Recently purchased the green/white striped shirt which is gorgeous. 10 out of 10 all round.

I required a new zip fronted hoodie as my previous one is starting to wear out. I love the quality of your products. They are well made and wash and wear really well.
The t-shirt I ordered is the same as a linen t-shirt I had purchased from your Rushden Lakes in the spring, but a different colour. My new one was also in your sale and co-ordinates with my new hoodie.

I was having an awful shopping experience in Rushden Lakes with my 3 children. I was put on medication 6 months prior for a very painful condition I was suffering with which caused rapid weight gain. As well as the kids not listening to me and running off I felt so out of my comfort zone as the thought of having to buy bigger sizes, really affected me. I think I was in Fat Face for about 5 mins when I finally had a breakdown and just stood in the middle of the shop and started crying, in front of everyone. I had no control over my emotions and felt so embarrassed. A lady named Hannah immediately came to see if i was ok and she was able to calm me down. She was so helpful and understanding in that moment and even said if she is in next time I go in, she would help me pick some bits out to try on. I thought she was just saying it but I was so grateful for her genuine concern for me but I was also mortified that my breakdown was in front of a load of shoppers and my kids. At this point we just decided to drive home. A few weeks later my mum and I had a couple of hours free so decided to give shopping another go as I had my summer holiday coming up. I went back to fat face, still feeling a little embarrassed but was keen to try on some of the lovely clothes. It was fairly late on a Friday evening so we knew we didn’t have long but Hannah was in and she recognised me. Again her genuine compassion for me and my situation was wonderful. She told me not to look at the sizes but to try things on to see how they made me feel. The first piece she picked out was an all in one striped trouser outfit. It looked nice but definitely not something I would have picked let alone try on but I did and it made me feel great. In fact it felt a little big so she fetched a smaller size. She selected a few more bits for me and I was so surprised that a smaller size still fit me and how they made me feel. Hannah really made me feel like I had worth, which I haven’t felt for a long time. She wasn’t a pushy sales person but has a natural talent of making people feel good about themselves. If I could give Hannah 5 stars I would as she is a diamond and your company is so lucky to have her. Thank you and I look forward to popping in again soon
