Above and beyond…
Had an above and beyond experience in your Skipton branch today. Both assistants bent over backwards so that I could buy the trouser suit I wanted. I live in Spain and am returning tomorrow. Skipton didn’t have my size - but the store in Ilkley did. The manager from Ilkley brought the item over to Skipton in less than two hours.
What an amazing kind act. I don’t think I’ve ever received such attention.

I was served by Sue who I had chatted to many times in the shop as I am a regular customer and she went above and beyond to locate the dress I wanted which was not in my size She is always so welcoming and a very good salesperson as I nearly always come away with something nice to wear and a smile on my face

Harrogate store kindly searched for a sale item that was available in Skipton, and this store agreed to hold it for me. When I went to collect it, the lovely assistant checked with me that it fitted okay and that it suited me. Above and beyond the type of service you get in a high end fashion store.
