Purchased my lovely winter slippers and socks online recently - ordered without any problems and collected from my local store within a few days. Very happy with the fat face online service.

Great service online and in the shop and excellent quality products. Communication was good as I was awaiting the order. I marked it down by 1* as it is quite expensive. I know that it is environmentally and ethically a sound company but it is so much more expensive to try and be environmentally friendly and I always feel this is a shame. Many people would like to shop ethically but are hindered by the high prices. I did like the fact that the company planted a tree for shopping with them though.

I usually buy in-store but they didn't stock items I wanted so I mail ordered the 3 items. Usual FatFace quality and helpful staff for 'Collection from store' facility. When I had to return one of the three items - too large - the in-store refund was easy. Service with a smile is what we always experience at the Skipton store.

Lovely clothes, beautiful colours and fabrics.

The sweatshirt was good quality but the sizing was small and a little short. I have had other fat face Airlie sweatshirts and the size was fine.

What always make my experience so great, staff and being able to see the clothes and feel the material. The staff are always so helpful, quick to help if I want to order a top that is unavailable in the shop, they will check and order the item I am enquiring about. Really love the store at skipton, have said this before so I don't mind repeating it. Wonderful place to visit.

I'd bought a shirt in FatFace while down south and only realised my husband had a very similar one already when back home. The sales assistant in Skipton happily exchanged it with minimum fuss and was very friendly and efficient. We felt like we'd received excellent service.

The assistant at Skipton FatFace went above and beyond to help me to purchase the Jocelyn paisley dress. Especially patient and helpful as I rang first thing on a busy Saturday morning.
Out of stock on-line in all departments and franchises, my local Grand Central store located one dress in my size at the Craven Court Shopping Centre, Skipton. The assistant was so helpful with info about stock and found the 'returned' dress in her store.
When she learned I was in Birmingham and planning to travel to Yorkshire (!), she was determined to help me.
She : -located 3 dresses in my size in central store
-explained why website showed 'out-of-stock'
-told me how to ask in my local store for staff to order, and dress could be home-delivered
-was friendly, super-experienced, and so keen to help me track down 'my'dress
-said she would 'hold' the dress in her store for me just in case the ones showing had sold

Yes, it's only a dress but I wanted it for a special occasion and was so cross with myself for not ordering it as soon as I saw it on-line. And thought I'd missed my chance.
Happy ending! I ordered via my local store and got one of the 3 dresses showing. Arrived 2 days later to my home.
All thanks to this Skipton star!

Order arrived quickly. Great products, and anytime I've popped into my local shop very friendly and helpful.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. I have to mention Gemma, Lauren and Maddie in particular.
Nothing was too much in regards to my questions about items I wanted to purchase.
Also because I'm not from the area they were really helpful in suggesting places to visit.
I had a really good shopping experience and left with a smile

Fatface stores and clothes are fantastic. Myself and my wife have shopped at fatface for a few years now good quality clothes and accessories.
Question...Is the skipton branch closing down ?? hope not
