I received wonderful service from FREYA at this shop. She really went to trouble searching stock and well beyond which ended in a successful result.

Summer Dresses
I am pleased with the two dresses I ordered to click and collect. Tried them on in the shop in case they didn’t fit properly, found one of the dresses had a faulty zip. The assistant changed the dress for another.

I have made multiple purchases recently(last few months) both online and in-store. I have signed up for a 15% discount both online and in-store and no email has ever been sent offering access to any discount and yet I keep getting emails, so I guess there’s no problem with my email address…disappointing…

Delighted with skirt
The skirt is lovely and online photos and description were accurate. I had seen the skirt instore (lovely store, very welcoming, always a positive experience) but it was not available in my size so I was delighted to be able to use a code from the website which offered free next day delivery.

Lovely store and fabulous staff
Amazing store, super well organised and tidy, making the customer shopping experience a unique one. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help and listen to you when there are any issues. With the new refit of the store, you can tell there’s been a huge difference on how it looks, and it’s brightness makes it look incredible.

Was supposed to get an email to advise…
Was supposed to get an email to advise that my parcel was at store (St.Andrew) which I didn’t receive. Had to phone shop to see where my parcel was only to be told they had it oh and forgot to inform me. Took said parcel back to be told I’m too late and would have to take it to post office. I pointed out I wasn’t late as they hadn’t informed me when it was ready only to be told that basically didn’t matter. Then when leaving a sarcastic comment was made about another happy customer. To be honest I couldn’t be bothered arguing with her and she certainly would have got a mouthful if I had but she certainly wasn’t worth the bother. Hence one disappointment customer.

I have spoken to the store in detail regarding this, and I can see your order was placed on 7th May, and the parcel was marked as 'ready to collect' 3 days later on 10th May. An email was sent to you to confirm this. You then collected your order on 14th May.
Our sale returns policy means you have 15 days to return your items, and as you were over this timeframe, the store offered an exchange, but if a refund was wanted you would have needed to send this back via the post.
Once again I do apologise if you feel disappointed, and if you would like to discuss this further, please do email in to customerservices@fatface.com or by calling 03301240000.

Had to return the jeans as too short…
Had to return the jeans as too short style was regular. Took them in the packet to shop where I was on holiday and had my emails etc with me. But they wouldn’t take them as I didn’t have the delivery note with me. That was disappointing.

I absolutely love the St Andrews Fat…
I absolutely love the St Andrews Fat Face shop. I have been a customer since it opened, back in the day!
It recently had a makeover which has made it lighter and brighter.
I am a regular customer as I love the quality and style of the clothes.
The staff are so helpful and cheery and nothing is too much of an effort for them. Love June, as she is just a breath of fresh air. The rest of the crew are special too.

The Return of Click and Collect
The return of the Click and Collect facility is brilliant. It enabled me to try on the garments at the store and make an instant decision about whether to keep them. Had they not been suitable, I could have handed them back without any inconvenience. However, I was delighted with both items: the T-shirt was stylish, & excellent value for £10; the style and pattern of the wrap-over top were stunning and unusual. Overall positive experience. Friendly staff, and pleasant ambience in newly revamped store at St Andrews

Great the children's clothes last…
Discovered the children's clothes last year and have loved. Many tears shed when the denim jacket with flowers was too wee this year so invested in this year's with butterflies. Could you do in adult sizes pls!
