No email confirmation
No confirmation email of purchase or to say that it was in store. Rang store to check before going to collect. Customer service of sales assistant poor, she was requesting the order number on the confirmation email which I did not have due to no email. Had to log into fatface account to prove purchase. Sales assistant appologised if she offended me which was condescending as she was just unhelpful. Other stored happy to take address as confirmation or I said I had my card I purchased with. Poor experience.

Great experience
Great experience, local shop staff are lovely and helpful and item arrived quickly in store when I ordered online. Sadly it didn't fit and I couldn't get a refund in store due to paying via PayPal however the shop staff packaged up the item for me ready to drop at the post office.

Simply Fat Face is fab
Fat face staff are always friendly & very helpful. Your clothes and accessories are lovely and l like that you stick with the same designs each season but in different fabrics (like the simone dresses, l know what fits me and await the next seasons colours & fabrics). Just one request, when you are photographing bags can you please do it with a model so you can see what they will look like if it was me. Thank you

Ordering and return procedure very good
The ordering online and delivery procedure were good. Unfortunately the items were not quite what I was expecting and I returned them. However it was really useful to be able to return to a store which saved me time and money.
I'll certainly order again.
