Order two different styles of boot…
Order two different styles of boot which arrived quickly. Unfortunately one pair didn’t fit. Returned to store where staff were very helpful and exchanged for a larger size.

Having purchased a pair of dungarees…
Having purchased a pair of dungarees online at half price, I went in to the shop to see if I could get another pair
I was prepared to pay the full price. But I got them from the sale rack.. costing £28 instead of £63. Working it out I got 2 pairs for 1!
They are super comfortable to wear and the material is so soft as I expected it to feel like denim.

As a big fan of Fat Face jeans I was keen to purchase some new styles during their 20% off promotion. I have given a 4 star review as I especially visited a store to try on the styles I liked & they didn’t stock them. However bought online on a Monday evening which was very straightforward received items by Friday of the same week (despite emails from Hermes advising of a delay) jeans are perfect great fit & quality as expected. Order/ delivery process very easy. Please just stock items you are promoting in your stores!

Pyjama bottoms have dodgy stitching
Got a pair of nice pyjama bottoms with dogs on for xmas. Good thickness, comfort etc, but have since discovered the stitching alignment in the legs is waaay off (having already de-tagged and worn), wrapping from hip to shin on one side, and inner leg to shin on the other. Granted, it doesn't affect the ability to wear them but I know already it's going to drive me up the wall.
