I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. It is lost in your system despite being told by email on 7 th January that it was ready at Fatface Stow on the Wold. They haven't received it.

Great customer service
I’ve ordered a few things lately but what has really stood out is the great customer service. I’ve been kept updated about the progress of each order individually. One of the items was running late so they let me know when I could expect it. There’s also a very helpful pick up window which gives me plenty of time to get my items from the local store. I love the convenience of click and collect and it’s free.

Ordered click and collect. Tried the items on in store, decided to return one which was quick and easy in store. All very convenient and super service. Staff always very helpful.

Only thing stopping 5* was the delivery of 3-5 days, click and collectfrom nearest store...it's now 7 days and no sign of it!

Went into fat face in Stow-on-the-Wold. Tried on some items, as did my friend. Unfortunately they were not available in our sizes, but the very nice member of staff phoned up the Evesham branch (our local one) & reserved the correct sizes there for us. All very efficient, and quite refreshing to get assistance from someone who seemed to care about their customers!

Hat's off to FatFace!
