Hat's off to FatFace!
Saw this soft, cosy fur hat in store but purchased on-line with discounts. Easy to order and collected it in store. Maybe not elegant, it will keep me warm in the cold, damp weather. The neutral colour means it's versatile, I wanted the matching gilet but it sold out in my size in the sale at a great price.

I really like the quality
I really like the quality, weight, colours and design of the tops I bought. They fitted perfectly and that was down to the online sizing guide. I recommend FatFace for their clothing.

A small but friendly shop
A small shop, but a friendly feel, great customer service and a warm environment. They don’t always have absolutely everything in stock but you can place an order to try on in store and you can return the items you don’t want then and there!

FatFace in Stow on the Wold is a small store but has such a good variety of clothes and wonderfully happy and helpful staff. It is always a pleasure purchasing clothes there and I always pop in when visiting Stow. I am delighted with yesterday's purchase!

Had to return a pair of trainers. The assistant couldnt have been nicer. So helpful. My new trainers were delivered a few days later. The speed of service is amazing. Will use you more often.
