Saw skirt in shop but no short length.
Staff suggested website and gave me ordering code and product details, very helpful.
Looked on line, found item and placed order.
Delivery was prompt.
Overall very impressed with the service provided.

I hate shopping and found myself needing an entire new wardrobe for my next adventure which has specific clothing requirements. I went to Fatface in Tavistock and spent THE BEST two hours trying on almost everything in the shop. Vicky, Harry and Jazz were so helpful - putting outfits together, making suggestions, checking for more things out back, ordering long length trousers and generally just being so very lovely. We all laughed so hard and I came away feeling like a million dollars with all the clothes I needed. Honestly the best afternoon shopping I’ve ever had. Thankyou.

Just bought sandals in a sales online, got them delivered to my local Fat Face shot to avoid the delivery. Had a look around, the prices are on the high side even though the quality is good. You can get some great deals with the sale items. I order 2 sizes as I had not had foot wear from FF before and needed to return one. To complicate matters I paid with a online gift card. But it went very smoothly and the staff in the store were very helpful and friendly

Both the trousers I bought were just great. They are soft and comfortable and a perfect fit. I really love the quality of Fatface. Everything washes so well and carries on looking lovely for a very long time.

I have always found the Tavistock branch of Fatface welcoming, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited the store today and Vicky was particularly helpful in pointing out that the dress I was trying on was available in petite but would need to be ordered online, which she proceeded to do for me.

I had spotted a sun dress in the Tavistock shop at an excellent sale price but when a day later I went in I found that none of the dresses were there! However,though Ella told me that these sale items were being sent back she quickly found me three to try on and my purchase was complete. What could have been a most disappointing day turned out to be most successful! Ella brought me two size 10s to try on as she had spotted some small differences in the pattern ,which I was totally unaware of, so I was really delighted with the one I chose. Thankyou Ella!
