Love the clothes, quality & service

The staff were friendly and helpful during my visit. The shop had a great selection of clothes, at good prices and the company is a certified B corporation which is brilliant as someone who tries to shop more ethically. All round good stuff.

Order click and collect was within 3 days of ordering which was good. Unfortunately item although lovely didn’t fit right and I thought would go very baggy when washed. As I paid with PayPal they couldn’t do refund in store so had to bring up wrap up and take to post office which was a little disappointing. I do like Fat Face clothing and have many pieces

Lovely tops and very helpful staff looking for different sizes.

I had to replace a faulty bag that I purchased online.
I sent an email and received a response very soon after, giving me several options I could try.
I returned it to nearest Fat Face store at the Trafford Centre and was served by Faye. She processed my return, replaced the bag, allowed me to look at the bag fully to check everything was n full working order and processed the same discount I had received on my original order.
She was polite, professional and friendly throughout the whole transaction.

FATFACE at the Trafford Centre
Just want to highlight the staff and how helpful above and beyond what they really need to be on 2 separate occasions. This included the Manager QASIM parceling up my return that had to go through the post not to the shop and ensuring I could drop it at the Post Office rather than having to take it home before posting it.
The shop is well stocked and has what seems the full range to choose from, well laid out, clean and tidy.

Ordered 2 lovely spring dresses of which 1 I exchanged in Trafford centre store . Aztec dress is fabulous and is so lovely on with shoes or boots or trainers or sandals . Fabulous service in store and exchanged the other dress and bought a hoodie and 2 pairs of trousers ( one flower print and one black ) and a lovely paisley design hippy top . All lovely quality pretty items and so were the winter items I purchased . Just the best quality knitwear and cottons . Also the knitwear lasts and never bobbles to look old unlike other stores . Always impressed with my items and Also great friendly and helpful customer service from Angie in Trafford centre . Will always return each season to treat myself 😘😘

I went with my daughter to the one in Trafford Centre and we went to purchase our clothes and there was no one at the till to serve any customer. There were 5 employees stood there chatting and doing nothing.They looked me dead in the eye and couldn’t be bothered to assist us.Will not be coming here ever again👎👎

Have bought 2 beautiful dresses over the last week, one in store (Trafford Centre) full price, and one online, in the sale. In store the assistant was helpful and went out of her way to look for my item in a different size and one that wasn’t broken. And online my order came within 5 days, was packaged very well, the item was exactly as seen in the picture, fit well, and I love it!!
Farface products are well made, quality items, the store is a nice environment to walk around with helpful friendly staff. I’m a mature lady (58)!! who loves to buy clothes that don’t discriminate against age!! That make ladies look and feel beautiful !! I love to look fab, in up-to-date clothes that make me feel fantastic!! Thank you !! I Love FatFace.

Very pleasant assistant, however the T Shirt isn’t great quality.
