Really good quality garments and value for money staff really friendly a pleasure too shop

I’ve never had a dress from fat face before but I was drawn to this one. I love it,only one thing l wish it was slightly longer, it won’t stop me from keeping it.
Sale price which is a plus. Prompt delivery. Dress packaged well. Bought on line but usually shop at the Trafford Center

Prompt delivery and I loved all 3 items I received. Only negative point was the t shirt was rather tight and I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear

Staff smiley,chatty and helpful.Free papercarrier bag.Understand payment for plastic but we are now charged for paper in many shops.Recipt in email( and paper if required)Just don't know why it's sold in other stores close by.I was accused of stealing a skirt in m&S which was on top of the Fatface bag in my trolley when buying a sweater to match it and when I said it was from Fatface I was told"well we sell it too!"But your customer service full marks.

I don’t think I’ve been in to this store before, it was very welcoming in very ways, store was clean, tidy, well presented and all staff on till were very friendly. They dealt with my online return very quickly and well.

Unbelievable customer service. Iris went above and beyond to find an item I needed in the stock room. Then as she couldn’t find it she ordered it online for me to be delivered to my home address. You are a credit to Fat face Iris. 6 stars

I was disappointed that when I travelled to the Trafford Centre Manchester to return an online order the new till system was unable to do it and I had to leave with my return and post it off, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Holly the assistant was extremely helpful and I felt really tried to action the transaction

We support Fatface because it’s a B corp and I suspect that’s why their service is amazing

Ordered online for a click and collect. Only took two days to arrive. Picked up at Trafford centre store. So easy, staff very polite, friendly. Nothing too much trouble.

Ordered on line and picked up from Trafford Centre store a couple of days later excellent service, good qualitty garment.

I was in the Trafford Center shopping and found myself at the end of my fruitless trip, in the FatFace shop. One of the store's assistants, called Helen, approached me in a very friendly manner and asked if I needed help. She was absolutely FABULOUS. She knew the stock and would honestly say if I suited something, bring items that would actually suit me, and would go around the store to find exactly the right thing. I haven't got the best of figures and just below the average height, it can be tricky and disheartening when it comes to shopping. Helen made the experience fun and relaxed. Nothing was a bother and was more than happy to spend time helping me. Moreover, the quality of the clothes is fantastic, they are practical and comfortable. And as a bonus, the changing rooms are quirky and interesting. Next trip to the Trafford Centre, FatFace is the first shop I will visit. Thank you Helen for your help. You are a star.

My experience was very good in the fatface store in the Trafford centre due to the sympathetic help from the staff and the understanding from the store manager,
Exceptional help all round.

Helen was fantastic - really helpful, recommended clothes that would suit me. I'm not a very confident shopper and she made a stressful experience for me into a lovely one. She was kind, personable, knowledgeable and understanding.

Excellent selection of weather appropriate, good quality, stylish, on trend clothes. All priced competitively. Great delivery options too.

I like the wooden floors and the calm atmosphere of the shop in contrast to the rest of the Trafford Centre. Staff were helpful when I returned an on-line order.
