Emily in Truro was the most friendly and helpful person I could have wished for. I wanted a smaller size in a top that I had purchased from another store, she immediately looked it up and said no they didn't have it but could order me the size I wanted and it could even be sent to another store - great service - thank you Emily

When I needed assistance in finding the size of a product needed, the assistant was great, looking to see if it was available online, and looked at other stores locally for stock.

Secret santa
I went into truro store to pick up my parcel,when I got home I opened it, it was not my parcel it was my daughters parcel instead, which was her secret santa present for me,she was very upset as I knew what she had brought me for christmas and also it was from her,I had to make another trip to the store to pick my parcel up was not happy.

Beautiful shop, products and lovely staff
I haven’t visited fatface in truro before but wanted a specific item that was nearly sold out online. I was greeted by a beautiful shop with tons of character, great design and stunning products. All the staff are friendly and ready to help. That’s why when I couldn’t see the item I wanted I asked anyway as I felt like the staff were approachable. As luck would have it there was one of the items in the store room in the exact size I needed. It absolutely made my day and is the perfect gift for the recipient. I can’t thank the lady who served me enough for going that extra mile and having a look in the back for me.
A really lovely experience :)

Very disappointed that you no longer do free postage over a certain amount for delivery and also have to pay for returns.
Also not happy that I can no longer return via my local post office.
Has put me off ordering again, sad as I love your clothes but will now be using another company that offers what we have lost here since the changes.

Fat Face Truro
Visited Fat Face in Truro and had a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, but Katie was outstanding. She was helping me choose outfits by the changing rooms. I dislike shopping and probably would have come away with nothing if it hadn’t been for her.
