Elsa in your Truro branch was excellent yesterday. I tried on a jumper that I decided was not right for me . Elsa suggested a few other jumper options I hadn't considered without being asked, which resulted in me buying a new jumper. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Fat afce...LOVE IT. fantastic choice of great mens clothing. And now they do Tee Shirts..EXTRA LENGTH, there is no stopping me. I went for a cracking dusky pink tee, not in store, but Saskia the amazing lovely girl behind the counter, introduced me to a whole new Fat Face world and experience, we can do that in extra long..WOW, as a 6ft 4" lanky bloke this was great news. Ordered discount applied paid for and it landed here today, 2 days after ordering..result. Thank you Saskia for being so lovely and so helpful...Top class service

Fat Face is my favourite clothes shop. I just love yheir priducts and they last forever.
The jumpsuit I ordered arrived promptly, and is made from really quality fabric, a perfect fit, as all their clothes are. Always allowing for leg length to differ, so that people like mtself who are only 5 foot tall can always get the right size.
Over all, brilliant.

The Truro branch is superb
The Truro branch is superb, Siobhan especially. Though all the girls upstairs and the boys downstairs 'go the extra mile' to help.
Very useful having a lift to avoid stairs for pushchairs and less able.
Fat Face's range at the mo is excellent for multi ages, the pricing is 'spot on' too.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Staff at Truro Fatface store couldn’t do enough to help me. They checked their stock room for products in my size and when unavailable ordered them for me to be delivered directly to my home. I was served by Rose.
