Staff at branches helpful and could locate where stock of a specific item was available - even in London (St Pancras and Waterloo Stations).

Very efficient
Nice staff in the Waterloo store. Nice store, beautiful and well organised. The clothes are rather expensive when not on sale.

I had to return a top as it was too…
I had to return a top as it was too small and the assistant explained that there was a similar top in the store, which I might like. She took me over to where they were and suggested I try two sizes on, so that I would know which fitted better. Excellent customer service!

Lovely staff at Waterloo station. Really helpful and polite. I left my travel card in the changing room. After running after me, and not finding me, they kept safe until I returned. Thank you! Oh and I bought a lovely dress too.

Brilliant experience at Fatface
I had to return a dress i received online as the wrong size had been put on the paper label outside the dress. I phoned the Waterloo branch and they were most helpful and friendly. I explained I would come in to their store and return the dress and purchase the correct size. They reserved a dress for me. I ended up purchasing a lovely green winter coat which had 20 per cent off.

Lacking selection and sizes
Three * because I feel like the shops actually offer much less in terms of selection and sizes as compared to buying online. I visited 4 London locations and they were all the same. I ended up having to order what I was looking for online after I returned to the US.
