Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered a coat as didn’t have my size, woman on till wasn’t sure if she had ordered it or not but I had to pay then wait and see if it arrived, it did not went back to store to be told to phone customer service as that’s what they would do, customer service only open 10.30am to 4pm when I’m at work. Shambles

Fantastic team members
I visited Fat Face in Wimborne 14.11.22, the team were extremely helpful. The top I would have liked to purchase was not in stock, we looked on line, found the top and ordered, it arrived the following day... fantastic.
