Wonderful store with excellent staff
The staff in Fat Face Wimborne are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Caroline and Lydia are great but everyone I have dealt with has the same friendly attitude. This year is the first time ever that I have bought jeans online from Fat Face, but some needed to be refunded in the store - a process that they make so easy. I did exchange the Chesham Girlfriend jeans for Fly Flare jeans instore, which are a terrific cut, I only wish they did them in indigo and also in a dark grey! Staff are always keen to check stock upstairs if you can't find what you want. Good large changing rooms with plenty of hooks to hang your clothes. Really cannot recommend them highly enough and will now be a loyal customer to them.
