I visited the Witney store to return an…
I visited the Witney store to return an order but at 2.30pm in the afternoon the store’s doors were locked with a handwritten note on the door saying they were closing early that day. This is not the first time this has happened and it is very inconvenient to bring a return to the store in the early afternoon and find the store has already closed.

Rare customer service
The charming young, male customer service adviser who ACTIVELY took an interest in my request, then went to the back of the shop to find exactly the item I had seen previously.
I ended up buying it and more. And he was patient and helpful until I left the store slightly after closing time.
This level of customer service in retail is extremely rare.
I didn't catch his name but he had shoulder length hair!

Happy shoppers
My daughter and I shopped in the Witney branch of Fat Face twice over the last couple of weeks.On both occasions we were looked after by Nancy and she was fabulous. Nancy has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about the products and happy to help where possible. She’s a credit to the company.

I picked up my order in store
I picked up my order in store. Only to find a pair of jeans that I didnt order along with an invoice for the handbag that I did. But no bag! Meaning another journey to the store! I'm not happy!

Great staff, lovely products new to me
I’ve not really looked at Fat Face for me before but I popped into the Witney store. The young lady there made me feel very comfortable.
I tried a few things on and loved them all. When I was paying she asked for more details, for marketing I guess, and mentioned that if I keep my eye out for a welcome email I’ll probably get a discount offer and round then get another of the dresses I was liking but didn’t purchase.
True enough, I got that email. The experience I had in store with that lovely young lady spurred me on and I bought that extra dress.
I love the products and think I’ll be buying more.
I’m 5’2” size 16 and 63 but she didn’t make me feel older. I wish I taken note of her name. She is an asset to Fat Face

Ease of ordering, and swift delivery.
Only complaint if u order online, you have to pY forclick and collect from store, so u might as well have it delivered to your home.
