Happy with experience
Ordering was easy and sweater came to US in 5 working days as promised. Colors are nice and fits well. Sweater seems to be well made.

Delighted once more Fatface
Received my order quicker than expected after ordering on 23 December. Was delighted with all items as they were discounted in the sale. I had just been looking at the scarf a week or two earlier in a Fatface shop and so was pleased that I was able to buy it cheaper.
My husband loved his jumper with the zipped neckline. He has a finer one but this one is thicker and warmer.
The ‘Vera’ hat looked good with my long puffer coat and my new scarf.

Standard of staff in York very poor and lacking in knowledge of purchasing practice.
Assistant not helpful at all. Was left to my own attempts to find a sweater that was in the window. She could have suggested to see what size the sweater in the window was and find out if I could buy it. She stood and thought for so long I gave up, put all my other purchases back that I was intending to buy and left the shop. Ordered said sweater on line instead.
