Late delivery
Ordered a dress to be delivered in store for the Monday but it never arrived. It was delivered the following day, which was no good for me as don’t live in town and don’t get in often. Hence why I ordered for a particular day. Then kept getting messages about picking it up from the company. I had already rung the store to arrange pick up for following week , this was good for both myself and store. The girls in store were lovely and very apologetic. So no complaints about the store. All went smoothly once about to pick up from them.
The dress is gorgeous, great quality and fits really well.

Disappointing returns
I recently visited the York store and bought three items of clothing - an expensive outing! When I returned home, I changed my mind about one of the items. However, I have been told I cannot return via post, even if I set up an account, and have to take back into store within 28 days. However, I live over an hour away from a FatFace store, so am unable to do this. FatFace will not extend the 28 day return period and are unable to help. Now I am stuck with an expensive item of clothing I no longer want. Not great!

It's my no1 place to go to when I can get to one, just a pity there's not a store near my home, good quality, that fit how I dress, jeans I don't need to alter, and a wide range of clothing, always something different to catch my eye!!

Holiday dress
I saw this dress in a shop but did not try it on. I went online two days later and ordered it as I liked the dress and they did a shorter length. I was pleased about this as I am 5 foot 3 and most dresses are far too long for me. I paid for delivery to my home and it came 2 days later. I have hand washed it today and I am hoping to wear it this week. It fits well and I love the colour and design. I would recommend it for holidays .

Great jacket…
Bought this to go over dresses and t shirts. The denim is soft and with the bit of stretch is easy to wear. I am between a 10 and 12 and bought the 12. It’s just right. I would say if between sizes- size up. The sleeves are not too long for me but I always turn them back anyway.

Disappointing
I tried to use my 10%Teachers Discount in your shop in York. I provided a code, but was told that I needed evidence of teacher status unless using it online. As I am a retired teacher I didn't have this with me. I use the discount regularly in other shops, especially Seasalt
