Excellent Quality! Great service
The climbing frame we ordered is very high quality, all of the fixings (with enough spares) are included. Two wooden pieces were damaged on arrival (pallet was slightly broken. The customer service team reacted quickly and new panels were shipped instantly. The Instructions are moderate to follow, please note that the wood isn’t pre-drilled so some DIY knowledge is required. This is stated all over the website though. Delivery was quicker than anticipated which is great, under promise, over deliver! I would have preferred the vinyl to have been cut to shape but that’s a minor detail on what is a fantastic climbing frame. Our three year old loves it! Thanks Fatmoose!

I have been very impressed with the product. All of the pieces arrived, with nothing missing. It’s very good quality, and straight forward to put up.
The instructions for cutting the fabric could have done with more dimensions.
I had to buy a couple of extra lengths of wood to put along the bridge, as there was a large gap between the bottom handrail and the bridge, which a child could fall through.
The children love the climbing frame, and its looks great in our garden!

Great product, only let down by frustrating instructions in places
Overall, I had a pretty good experience with my fat most purchase. I bought the groovy garden combo XXL, which I was pleased I could configure without a swingset, as I didn’t have room for this in my garden. When delivered, the plate tower was well packaged, and delivery was quick and well organised. It was then a bit of a job to move everything from the front of the house into the garden where I was going to build a tower, but very manageable. If you’re taking on a build like this, definitely aim to have two people to build it. I had a little assistance for the first part of the build, just to ensure I got things totally square, but did the majority on my own, and can acknowledge that it would’ve been considerably easier if I’d had another set of hands. My biggest issues with the build were the quality of instructions in places, and also anchoring the play tower in place. The instructions are generally fairly self-explanatory, however there are certain critical details that aren’t sufficiently to. An example of this was when positioning one of the supporting posts for the base of the tower, it was in no way clear in the instructions that this needed to be positioned so that the ladder could later be attached to it, and instead appeared as though it should be positioned centrally at the back of the tower. The result was that I required a bit of a bodge in order to fill a subsequent gap between the ladder and this upright post. This was thankfully sufficiently strong, but shouldn’t have been a mistake that I had to make in the first place. As for the anchoring the tower in place, it’s worth flagging that if you go for the solid anchors that are very much sold as the required approach, you will require a lot of concrete/postcrete. If you’re a DIY’er like me, you might not be totally clear on how much you need, and will probably find yourself surprised at the additional cost to secure this in place.
All this said, I managed to build the tower, will be with some creative interpretation of the instructions at times, and I’m really pleased with the final product. Visually, I think this is a great looking play tower, and the naturalistic/rustic appearance fits well in a garden. Most importantly, of course, my children absolutely love it. Since building it, there hasn’t been a day where they haven’t played on it. It feels solid (strong enough to support my weight), and is a great way for them to burn off excess energy, whilst having fun in the process. The particular model we went for came with a lot of additional accessories, which I now appreciate all a big part of what makes this so engaging for small children. The accessories it came with included the slide, steering wheel, bucket with pulley system, a phone, a strange cord thing that resembles a fire hose, and a place to store ‘tools’ in the shop section beneath the tower. We also purchased a telescope which was a really valuable addition. All of these small details are what make it so fun for kids, and allow them to really use their imagination and turn this plate tower into pirate ship, shop, skyscraper, truck… the list goes on.
So in summary, a great finish product, which really delivers on bringing fun for your kids into your garden, only let down by some slightly frustrating instructions and additional expense to fix in place. We do however really rate the product and are thrilled to have it in our garden.

The kids adore this climbing frame
Swing set with slide, net, climbing wall and pull up bar. Communication was brilliant throughout. It did take a few weeks to deliver but we're in the UK so that's understandable. A little difficult to build but we got there in the end. The kids absolutely adore it. Be sure to tighten up the bolts after the first week otherwise it gets a bit unstable.

Brilliant! (ActionArena Air XXL)
We ordered the ActionArena Air XXL back in April for our almost 4 year old who loves the outdoors and he is absolutely in love and can’t wait to show all his friends!
I needed to contact fatmoose on two occasions and they had brilliant customer service responding and resolving our issues in 48hr. One reason was due to part of our order missing and they shipped it out the next day and we received it the same week.
I can’t complain about anything other than delivery being 6 weeks - but when your UK based and ordering something made to order from Germany it is what it is.
Our lad is already talking about more accessories to add 🤦♀️😂

Great buying process, slow delivery
Website and buying process was nice and easy with great choice of different designs.
Unfortunately what let this order down was the delivery, the lead times are long in general but mine was delayed by quite a few weeks. Anticipated for between 22/04-12/05 but didn't arrive till 06/06! I ordered on 12/04.
I did chase the support team and they did get back to me next day stating there has been a delay while the shipment was in transport.
Just be aware, building them takes time! It took me 7 days to complete fully while juggling life and work.

Great climbing frame, simple and straightforward process throughout
I've bough a large climbing frame after moving to a new house and I'm super satisfied with the product and the service from Fatmoose. The price is very competitive, the purchase process was simple and straightforward; I was provided with an expected timeline and updates along the process of production, shipping and finally, arranging delivery through a local pallet handler. The assemble is simple enough once you sort the material received, all the parts needed were present, as well as fixings and a comprehensive user manual. Took me 2 days to assemble, but I did most of it on my own. My kids are super happy with the playground and make use of it almost daily. The frame is sturdy and safe. I'd recommend this product without hesitation.
