Do you see that one star I was forced…

Do you see that one star I was forced to leave for favor? They don't deserve it. I have repeatedly had horrible service from favor AND its drivers. Today was the last straw. Favor "customer service" is a disgusting JOKE. Corporate favor is too chicken-sh*t to talk to their customers in real time over the phone. They force their customers to type out LEGITIMATE AND EXTENSIVE concerns via text. They are too toddler-scared to stand up and accept hard truths. They hide behind their contract labor delivery drivers, yet their sorry-a** "corporate word salad" is all we customers get when they screw up. I'm astonished that an ACTUAL major corporation like H.E.B. bought out a trainwreck like favor. But then again, favor was probably desperate to sell, given their massive customer service f-ups through the years. (It's a shame, and a really bad reflection on Trustpilot, that we reviewers are forced to leave even one star.)

Should not even give it a 1

Should not even give it a 1. They are terrible. Had a driver call me to place the order with the store she said she arrived and the store did not have my order or credit card. Then when the order finally came the driver asked me to close out the order in the app so she could go to her next stop. I am a customer not an employee. Texted customer service and got ghosted for days. HEB and Favor absolutely suck!!

absolute nightmare been waiting an hour…

absolute nightmare been waiting an hour now just for them to try to find a driver. Being disabled is bad enough but not getting to eat because they cant find people to deliver food is asinine. they shut down at 10pm less than an hour from now when I was placing my order around 7:30 pm .. un acceptable

And giving Favor 1 star is too much... This is the worst delivery company, they give you promo discount that they don't apply when you're going to pay. Talked to them and they give you BS excuses.
Wish there are more delivery services around my town that deliveries cigarettes.

I worked for this piece of shit…

I worked for this piece of shit company. Was suspended for something I Have on film. My lawsuit was picked up days later. Thank u favor for your discrimination on film. See you in court

Never again!

Absolutely will not use Favor again. They up charge 20% on each item, which is ridiculous. If you use them, be prepared to cough up at least 20% more on item prices plus tip.

Do not use

The app is over run with illegal immigrants using fake accounts made with stolen social security numbers. Most legit drivers have been ran off of the platform because the cheaters use software to steal all of the good paying orders. Favor does nothing to stop this. The company also steals tips from drivers any time the system goes down, which is almost weekly. When the system goes down all orders are marked as "re-delivery" and the company keeps the entire tip and only pays the driver base pay ($4). The company constantly lies to drivers and customers alike. Very scummy company.

Never use Favor first off they up…

Never use Favor first off they up charge from what they quoted when you placed the order. Then recently there was a temp hole placed as well asy actual order charge placed on my card. A week later and that temp hold raised almost $9 instead of returning and all they say oh it's just a temp hole after a few days it will return it well no it didn't and if I wait a few more days will it go another $9 higher. The drivers also make a lot of mistakes expect higher then they deserve tips it's just not worth it.

fecal matter

Approximately around 8:30 pm, 2 people made the delivery ordered from Heb. Why 2 individuals? Also, the attitude was poor. Grabbed the bags as they brought them. Went to give tip afterwards and noticed a pile of dung that wasn't there before right in the porch. Asked "what was this pile I just stepped in?" She answered, "No f**kin tellin".

NEVER EVER USE FAVOR

Never Ever order food from Favor...I tried to support a local Texas company...It was a massive mistake.
my food was over an hour late. Driver after pick up, just kept going g in the opposite direction. Further and further away...Customer Service offer me a $5.00 Coupon...I'm not paying for food in had to throw out when it arrived.
I've contacted my back to recessed the charge. if I do not get my money back. i will see them on principal

Literally the WORST food delivery…

Literally the WORST food delivery service I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know what happened to this company but the owner should be embarrassed. They take your order, tell you the food is arriving in 30-40 minutes, then over an hour later they say they’re still looking for a runner? It’s obnoxious and the BBB needs to shut this company down immediately.

3hrs for food to deliver

3hrs for food to deliver. I made the mistake of using Favor knowing this but had forgotten. I’ll never forget again.
Oh, and they use drivers that are not licensed and insured because you can’t get through my gate security without those documents and they never have them.

Extremely disappointed

They tried to charge me twice, now my card is blocked because of suspicious activity. I tried to resolve the issue for the third time with an unpaid balance to possibly get rid of the problem and favor can’t never get through fixing I paid twice and still cannot get this issue resolved by three people definitely don’t recommend this service zero stars if it was an option for it. They want me to charge it again and then they said they will give it back. What kind of service is that? It’s ridiculous.

I am ok with the service side of favor but I feel like they are deceptive we order the same things a lot and know the prices, they are marking up the prices on the items as well. Charge us for the service don't dou ke dip or disclose it .

Very irritating.

Made an order to a restaurant that was 13 miles away, and a custimer support member canceled the order, stating that it was "out of their boundaries". How are they going to run a business if they can't deliver 13 miles? Either they do not have enough drivers, or somebody doesn't want to work. An owner/manager needs to step in and get the company back in line.

DON'T USE FAVOR, THEY STEAL FROM YOU

I wish there was a negative star option. Not only do they hide fees, they take double the money out of your account as a temporary hold. So if you spend $50 with them, be prepared to be charged $90-$100. Also they change menu prices after your order has been placed. I placed an order for $42 and when I looked at my bank account, the charged $58 plus a $47 temporary hold. Then customer service told me the can adjust menu prices to to help with the operating cost of they company. Doordash or Uber Eats does none of this. How is Favor able to exist while robbing people and not disclosing all information. This company just steals from you to help keep their business operating. I know this may not sway a lot of people, hopefully I'm at least a cautionary tale.

If I could give a zero stars I would

If I could give a zero stars I would. They are the BIGGEST crooks out there. Your bill is ALWAYS more than they say it will be, their surcharges are HUGE and the customer service it TERRIBLE! I have ordered numerous time and I just give up. They show my bill will be $35 (and that includes some really jacked-up prices) and then when the food is FINALLY delivered (They are SLOW) its $20 higher than it was suppose to be, and then you have to try to contact customer service and deal with them and try to get it strait. It's a nightmare! STAY AWAY- contact Doordash or Grubhub.
