I brought my Tesla Model S with 21” wheels with significant curb rash and effectively swapped them for 19” wheels. The colour of the new wheels is wonderful. Also took the opportunity to pick up new tyres that were fitted and the TPMS/Telsa wheel badge moved as part of the service. Very happy with the prompt and precise contact from Kai. Thanks everyone.

Excellent. I live in Rutland, and had been given a quote of £490 to refurb my four Mercedes AMG wheels locally. I would have had to leave my car at the workshop for almost 2 weeks. The alternative was to leave my car on stands at home, transport the wheels to the workshop, and wait a week.
It was cheaper (including fuel and ULEZ charge) and much quicker to drive a 200 mile round trip to Hampstead NW6 and back and use First Aid Wheels. I dropped my car off early at 08.20 and wandered off to get a coffee, they started work at 9.00. I drove away at 10.20. Great service, great idea. Thanks to Kai and the team.

From initial enquiry to actually completing the work to the highest of standards, the process was faultless.
I had 2 badly scarred wheels on the nearside following an accident and the wheel colour (a pearlescent anthracite) was never going to be straightforward. I understandably had to leave the car with them overnight, but I was super happy with the finished result. Pretty much indistinguishable from when they were new. Excellent work First Aid Wheels and special thanks to Aga and Toby.

I highly recommend the wheel exchange service, which avoids the need to leave the car, or its wheels, with the company for refinishing. Others offer loan wheels, but even that requires a return visit. Using the exchange service I was able to get newly-refurbished wheels on my Tesla Model S while en route between Buckinghamshire and Dorset. Just bear in mind that the exchange must be like-for-like and there may be additional charges if your wheels are badly damaged. This was explained to me in advance and I was happy to pay a little extra for one of my wheels which was deeply gouged and will need welding. I’m very pleased with the powder-coated finish on my ‘new’ wheels.

Amazing service by the guys here and a special shout out to Kai who saw me through a purchase of rims that unfortunately due to me took over 4 months. He was patient and very understanding and super knowledgeable! He went out of his way to keep me happy!

OMG, if I could give them 6 stars I would. If you know wheels, then the 19" e46 M3 wheels are a nightmare, one big alloy wheel company said "they can not refurbish these wheels", but these guys smashed it - such an amazing job I had to write a review, also, polite, professional and talented, I have used them 4 times over the last 6 or 7 years and they have never let me down - SUPERB JOB!

Brilliant the whole experience was spot on communication was brilliant the swap over was excellent and the price was great. The wheels look brilliant had corroded twin spoke AMG wheels sent pics no problem swapped out my old rims no problem they look fantastic

First Aid Wheels refurbished a set of 17" Santa Monica alloys, for my Golf GTi.
After being turned away by a well known wheel refurbisher on Old Kent Road, who said the rims were unrepairable because they had plastic decorative bolts, I contacted Kai at FAWheels via email, for a second opinion.
He promptly returned my email to say that the rims were easily repairable and explained my options. I took them in for a quote.
FAWheels checked the rims for damage, they gave me sound advice and a very reasonable quote. The rims were then cleaned, repaired, powder coated, the faces diamond cut and the plastic decorative bolts replaced with stainless steel ones. The quality of the workmanship superb and end result, truly astounding. The whole process took 5 days and the communication and advice from the team was brilliant. I highly recommend FAWheels, the staff are friendly and approachable, their advice was spot on and workmanship superb, will be using them again.

We needed some shower drains sand blasted to remove the paint blistering on them. Toby helpfully offered to do this job at a reasonable price and the work was done quickly and to a high standard. We highly recommend this company.

A massive thank you to all the guys at FAW - i could not be happier. I exchanged my BMW alloys for 19 inch black gloss, and wow, do they pop.
The team simply could not have been more professional, helpful, friendly and knowlegeable. The prices are more than reasonable, wheel exchange concept fantastic, the item quality is exceptional, the expertise and workmanship second to none.

Guys refinished wheels on my i3. Previously they have worked on other cars for me. Really high quality job done before, so I went back. Turned it around quickly and lent me wheels to keep me on the road. Would definitely recommend.

Second time there and still amazed with the results! Refurbed all my alloys and they came back looking showroom quality. I was AMAZED. I was served and assisted by Toby who was had a great sense of humour and gave me the best advice! There's a reason why these guys are number 1! You won't be disappointed! 10/10
