Worst customer service I ever experienced, receptionist has no people skill or knowledge, who ever deals with the Facebook page or the whats app number is extreamly stupid and slow, took 2 weeks to get back to me and no sorry for the delay, insted I had to do the homework for him. Stay clear

Top job, nice guys. Went for a refurb swap out. Replacement wheels were genuine VW as promised and were expertly refurbished to a standard very close to OEM. Quality of service was second to none with even the provision of black weights to match the inside of my wheels. Only slight down side was the very small yard and the fact they're very busy, and the extended time the job took. Otherwise all good and deserved of 5 Stars .

Thoroughly disappointing, unfortunately.

They failed to repaire my car in time even though I had a strict deadline imposed (had to return to Paris after attending the Chelsea Flower Show), and the staff was both badly mannered and seemed to enjoy ripping off customers.

Strongly recommend avoiding this vendor.

Excellent customer service. I came from Oxford to get exchanged silver powder coated alloys for my children's Range Rover Evoque. Kai kept me informed via email and cell phone regarding when the alloys will be ready to come in for the exchange. The price was very reasonable for the set of wheels. On meeting Kai, he was very friendly, polite and courteous. He also inspected my tyres for health and safety and legal requirements, as they were to be removed from the old alloys and put on the new alloys. Kai's team of workers were very nice to meet as well. I highly recommend this company for alloy repairs, refurbishments and exchanges.

Guys what can I say!....last year you powder coated my partner's mini wheels and just recently done my skoda octavia wheels...my god absolutely fantastic job on both cars,the transformation is second to none 👏 'brilliant very well done. I recommend you to anyone. 👍 thank you!

EXCELLENT MINI COOPER ALLOY WHEEL EXCHANGE, Absolutely first class guys work fast to swop out newly powder coated alloys for my kerb and pot hole damaged originals.
Colour change, tyre swopping, balancing and new valves all included so use the opportunity to purchase web tyres & save extra on future replacements !!
Took about 90mins overhaul working from the Hampstead garages, the price was good, they were open and honest about damage not seen before the exchange for which they charged £10 for extra welding & £24 for a buckle, they showed me on the rotating machine..
Now if you want showroom garage experience go to a MINI center and pay triple the price, these guys do a marvelous job working from less attractive conditions and I recommend them without reservation !

Guys honestly thank you so much for refurbishing my Ford Focus ST wheels.
They were a mess and I really did wonder if you could save them.

All I can say is WOW, I never get emotional about things like this but the job you have done is above and beyond my expectations.

Had wheels on my Mercedes replaced. Diamond cut with gloss black inserts. They look great. The service that Stan and the team provide is excellent. I have only one minor gripe, the wheels should have been dressed once fitted. When I got home I cleaned and dressed the wheels then they sparkled in the sun.

Very pleased with this companies services. Had a wheel exchange done swapping my Range Rover sports diamond cut silver wheels for a powder coated gloss black wheels set. I had read about some negative comments posted and was very relactant to use this company however the level of service I received was plesently surprising. All went just as agreed and I have a professionaly finished high quality gloss black, like for like set of Range Rover wheels now making my RR just stunning. A special thanks to Stan who saw my job from start to finish who is undoubtably an assert to Firstaid Wheels. A super staff, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Horrendous experience
Damaged my car whilst getting a wheel replaced and then spent 3 months trying to get them to cover the damage.

Went there today to have several wheels straightened, they did a superb job and were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended.

I regretted going to this First Aid Wheels. The management are phony, dishonest, deceptive and rude. I spent over £1,100 and I've been struggling to forgive myself ever since for taking my vehicle X1LEJ to them. I would have rate so called First Aid Wheels ZERO STAR if I could.

If First Aid Wheels is the only company left in UK, I will take my vehicle or alloy wheels to another country to have any bodywork or wheels refurbish.

The team at First Aid Wheels are all friendly and helpful. I have been taking my car to them for several years and have always received excellent treatment. I believe their prices are extremely competitive and the service is first class. I will continue to use First Aid Wheels for the foreseeable future.
