I have not been able to receive faxes…

I have not been able to receive faxes for almost 10 days. The information being sent to me is time sensitive. NO ONE from fax deck has responded to my multiple emails. I am going to be forced to close my account. Wish I could charge them for the cost to me to print new business cards.

No account access and no response from Help Team

I have had an account with Faxdeck for over a year with no problem. I don't fax very often but when need things worked until recently. I tried accessing my account, but the password area only allows upper case letters and mine uses lower case letters as well. I tried resetting the password but the temporary one I received also included lower case letters so no access. I have sent 5 messages to the support team but still no response. I too tried the phone numbers found on the internet only to have no success locating this company. I will be contacting my bank to stop all future drafts from my account.

Cannot trust this online company, don't give them your credit card

I have had many bad experiences with businesses online, but we also have to be fair in our judgment.

I wanted to know more details and see how their fax system works so I checked their website for their phone number:

1st observation, there is a picture of a person above the listing of their phone numbers, however, there is no name, no title, it doesn't say who is this guy, is he the owner? what is his name, etc... ??

2nd observation: I called their number in Toronto 416-555-1212. An operator asked which business I am trying to reach !! I spelled the name FAX DECK several times, he tried so hard but unable to find this business. Basically they don't have a phone # of their own.

How can I trust a company with no phone # of their own and send my important fax documents to their server? How can I trust them and give my credit card number? I hope I was fair in my judgment not to open an account with them.

Great Service...

I've been transitioning my company to all digital services and this faxing platform has been great! No more traditional fax machine and I can forward all my fax notifications to the appropriate department. Customer service is exceptional and would recommend to anyone looking for an easier solution to faxing!

No confirmation of fax, not sure if their tech is working

I tried faxing something and never received confirmation. I tried multiple times and I called the recipient. I don't think she received it either. That's why I canceled my account immediately.

Thanks, I modified my review to add one more star. And that they replied in this thread and confirmed that my account was closed via email. Also, it was easy to close the account unlike some other fax app. Thanks!

When I try to send a fax

When I try to send a fax, it does nothing. I select my file and it just sits there; no loading action going on at all, and it goes no further. Directions on how to cancel subscription do not seem to be there. When the page loads up, there is no scroll down arrow. I cannot complete any action other than logging in and logging out.
I’m done!

I would love to love this service but i…

I would love to love this service but i cant. I have been notified numerous times that my faxes are not legible. They are dark and blurry and cannot be read. It appears they arrive with a filter on them. I have lost out on benefits because they will not accept my fax because they cannot read them. Maybe yours will work better than mine does.

Sending only the highest quality documents will ensure your text is readable when your recipient receives your fax. Originally, traditional fax machines were meant for just black and white text documents. Nowadays, we send pictures and files with grey tones, pen and pencil markups, etc… all this diminishes the quality of faxes. Look no further than FaxDeck!

In recent years the world has focused on email and social networking for communications. Over this period, I have been frustrated on many occasions with my inability to send or receive fax documents, and I’ve never been able to justify the need to pay for a dedicated fax line.

Due to medical circumstances in my family, I now have a fairly urgent need to be able to send and receive fax documents. With this in mind, I went hunting for a solution to my problem and found that there are many companies offering shared fax services. I finally settled on FaxDeck and subscribed to their service. I’ve been using it for about a week now and absolutely love it! To now be able to use my desktop (or mobile) to act as an incoming outgoing fax machine is just brilliant. The interface is remarkably easy to use and is notably ‘uncluttered’.

Beyond my personal needs, I am also realizing it’s going to be a great asset to my business to be able to send and receive documents again.

One final thought: in the learning curve I went through, there were a couple of things that I was unsure about. After sending my questions to ‘Support’, I received replies from ‘Jennifer’ that were very fast, very friendly and always answered my questions. I don’t know who Jennifer is but she is simply the best when it comes to customer interaction! 👍👍👍

In summary, if you want a complete fax service that is efficient and incredibly inexpensive. Look no further than FaxDeck, you won’t be sorry!

Wish I would have found FaxDeck sooner!

I really like the price, reliability of an online fax number and their customer sevice has been crazy fast! I've been using FaxDeck for about a month now and I'm extremely happy I made the switch from my traditional fax machine. My business wasted so much paper and ink (not to mention time!) only to scan and fax that same document again. Now I can receive my faxes online, save as PDF and send that fax right out on my new FaxDeck number without ever printing it! All my faxes are organized on my computer now and I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I definitely recommend FaxDeck to everyone who complains to me about old school faxing! Thanks again!

WORSE Fax COMPANY EVER

WORSE Fax COMPANY EVER! FaxDeck shut down my account for $5 Dollars. My bank shut the card down because of fraud that I had an automatic recurring payment with FaxDeck. They claimed that I didn't respond to the 4-notices they sent - they only sent 2(two) after I reviewed my emails. When I emailed them to place my updated bank card to my account they upright refused to reinstate my account. They are a Horrible company that I will never do business with again and I suggest No One else does either...
