Easy to use and great customer support
So glad i found FaxDeck. I was paying too much with another service provider and then found FaxDeck for half the price! Great features, free mobile app and it was easy to send a fax. I contacted their support team and they responded within minutes! Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

Scam company
We really liked the service at first but on the 2nd day we received an email from them saying that the subscription has been cancelled, and our account has been permanently closed, however, we haven't cancelled our subscription.
They said that all stored communications data would be deleted from the systems within 24 hours, so we sent them 3 emails to explain the situation and ask to reactivate our account. Unfortunately, they haven't responded to the requests and our account is still locked.
Try a better place to spend your $20. Looks like a scam company.
Upd: nice, now we're sending fraud faxes haha. We've been using FaxDeck services to fax legal forms to the IRS, but it looks like for them it's a fraud, so basically anything you're going to fax work-related will be considered as marketing junk letters. What a great security system (no).

Fax Deck support team provided prompt literally in seconds support to all my concerns. I did not need to tell them what I need, they know how to fix the problem and they did not stop until it is resolved.
I told them I would have loved to have given all of them very big hugs and (kisses) that is how happy I was this morning. FaxDeck has speedy-responsive customer service. I am behind the curve when it comes to tech; FaxDeck customer service was very patient with me and my lack of tech knowledge and walked me through how to make what should have been a simple solution to my webpage visual... Working remotely from home made easier!
When the country shut down last March our office employees began working at home. We no longer had access to our copier/scanner/fax machine. So we tried another fax service and they were terrible. Pretty quickly we searched for a different one and found FaxDeck. We've been very happy with the service. Easy to use, great customer service, and easy billing and payments. We would highly recommend FaxDeck to anyone!

Cheap, Reliable, Works. Can't really complain.
It's cheap, works well, and while it's a little slow (in my experience it takes about 10-20 minutes to send a fax) it's reliable. Hopefully they improve the way you attach files so you can see progress (you kind of have to just sit and wait while it processes to see it popup), but other than that. 5/5 service. Will be using them again in the future I'm sure.

It's the first time I use digital fax
It's the first time I use digital fax. I found it to be easy, convenient. FaxDeck also is better priced than competitors, while actually providing more pages per subscription. We don't use fax all that often at the dental office, but sometimes I need to fax a prescription to a pharmacy out of hours - and FaxDeck can do this with a phone.
So far - very happy.
