I made an order from the US for a delivery in Florence for a family member. I made the order on a Saturday and the order was completed and delivered on Monday morning. The flowers looked beautiful. We could not be more happy with the service. Thank you!

It's always a pleasure to deal with Faxiflora, almost each year I order from them and they've always delivered as instructed. Sometimes it does not look like in the picture, but they do mention that it will be pretty close or similar flowers depending on the availability of the season. All in all, pretty satisfied with them and prompt service!

I ordered roses and fuchsia flowers in a 'deluxe' arrangement four days before a friend's birthday - some flowers arrived late after much chasing and they were nothing like what I ordered ... instead cheaper flowers that did not look 'deluxe' at all. No roses. No fuchsia flowers. For a long time this company said that the RIGHT flowers were arriving the next day and that they would be perfect. Eventually, after many emails, they admitted that the poor quality flowers were the right ones. The company then blamed the local supplier and pestered me to remove this review as the problem is not their responsibility. But their email is the one given on the order invoice. This took up a great deal of time and the recipient ended up upset and confused.

It would be beneficial for the paymeny part of the process to be translated into the language being used. Also, make your contact telephone information more readily available. Thank you for your prompt service.

I used Faxiglora to send some birthday flowers to my friend in Napoli. The ordering online service was straightforward with plenty of choices of stunning flower arrangements. I can't remember how I found them first - years ago - but they always delivered ever since. Given that they work with local shops you have to be a bit flexible with the composition as some flowers or colours will not always be available. However they always confirm and strive for a good solution. They're on time, flexible and they make the nicest bouquets, even the smaller ones. I guess this also comes down to the flower shops but as a service I cannot find any faults. Very good service.

Ms. Federica, was a great help and she was very prompt in reaching out to rectify a typo in the phone number I had given. But, her help did not stop there. Federica went above and beyond by keeping me posted throughout that same evening on the status of my purchase.
