WHAT WENT WRONG WAS THAT FAYYBEK TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM AND ITS ALMOST ONE MONTH SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER. THEY ARE NOT CONTACTABLE AND I AM GOING TO REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS BECAUSE ITS A DISGRACE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My elderly mother bought two pairs of shoes and neither fitted. Despite assurances that you could get a refund she was surprised to discover that she had to forward the shoes to another customer before getting a refund! Having forwarded, at her own expense, to two private addresses, the refund never materialised. Despite their eagerness to reply to emails when the shoes needed to be forwarded, many emails to chase the refund have gone unanswered. This feels like theft.

I ordered a dog coat on the 24th November. They took my money and I havent received anything since. No email, nothing. I have tried to contact them by email 4 times, and they have not responded. I tried ringing the mobile telephone number, and that just rings out. I am now having to contact my credit card company. This company should not be allowed to trade. They take your money and then make it impossible for you to get hold of. Please BEWARE.

Do NOT use this company unless you are 100% sure their shoes will fit you. I ordered one style in 2 sizes at a cost of about £50 and when they arrived was very disappointed that neither fitted well. Having had to email a detailed reason for returning them I was told I couldn't! So in my opinion they are rather misleading. How can an online sales company in 2024 NOT accept returns for change of mind? So please be careful or you'll end up out of pocket like me!

Shoes not right size. States you just ask for return address and label. No acknowledgement or response to any communication. At present still have shoes, paid for and no way of returning.

I was sold by the website's promise of great arch support at good prices and ordered six pairs of varying kinds in the hope one or two would fit. In fairness I am keeping two pairs but the others were too small and/or otherwise not suitable. It took a long time to get a return address and of course it's in China. I sent the items back at the end of July, they stayed at Chinese customs for two months and are now being returned for lack of insufficient documentation even though I'd filled out the customs forms to the best of my ability. No response to any emails in the last few months. I am very unhappy and want my £100 (+ £30 return postage) back!!

I received my order after a month. Shoes are not worth £40, look very cheap. Sent 3 emails requesting a return, no reply. I phoned them today and I was transferred to a automated call, said to leave a reply.
That's it .I will never wear the shoes, can't return them. Total waste of money. Beware they take your money straight away, but refunds seem impossible

I have been trying to telephone this firm to arrange a return but the telephone number unanswered so are e.mails. What a way to run a business.

We purchased three pairs of shoes but unfortunately they were too tight for my wife. We tried to return them with very slow contact back. Eventually they agreed but asked us to send them to two different private addresses. On hindsight we believe we were actually processing other orders and were sending the returns to new customers. We have tried repeatedly to contact the company to progress our refund but have been completely ghosted. They may be a bogus company. No one should order from them. Their customer service is the worst we have come across.

I placed an order on the 21st September. It is now the 30th September. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order! I have checked the ‘track your order’ facility on the website. It states “we are preparing your order for dispatch”. The order clearly has not been dispatched. Their website states that order processing time takes between 1 and 5 days. This has elapsed. I have asked them to cancel my order and for a full refund. I’m not holding my breath. Looks like my next call will be to the credit card company.

Awful company email address doesn’t work for return, the quality is bad, take money, will take this further

Bought a Halloween skeleton 3d mask with hat, pictures and description looked great, when ordered realised it was drop shipped from China, took 3 weeks to arrive, mask was nothing like the advertisement, far to big and saggy with no moveable realistic mouth, mask didn't even resemble the one advertised.

No way of returning unless u pay big money to China, stay away and order from a company which at least has a UK returns centre..

For a start the company doesn't state its in China. Shoes took ages to arrive. When eventually they did they were too small.The quality is cheap not worth the money. I spent £74.00 and to return them would cost me £45.00.
I would never recommend this company . They have no returns policy no customers service. Stay away from buying from this company.

The shoes I ordered never arrived and they're ignoring my requests for a refund.

It is a scam. Customer service is non existent. So returns are also non existent. My faulty shoes have not be replaced nor refunded. I email the so called Sara but am mostly ignored. And once the 14 day return is past they tell you it is too late
Be warned!

Just received email saying parcel delvered I’ve been sat in all day no delivery I’ve emailed them several times no response robbers please don’t trust

Orthopedic style trainers. Took a long time to arrive.
For £38 they were not very good quality. Ordered size 6 but they are small more a 5.
Emailled Faybek regarding returning them several weeks ago. NO REPLY

A scam —Shoes poor quality and smaller than expected. No reply from customer services after 48 hours of email and answer machine number supplied only telephone support.
I’ve wasted over £80 on cheap Chinese shoes with no customer support available.

Giving 1 star because you can give none.
Customer service is tragical, tried to cancel my order and it was then confirmed it was shipped. When received the shoes and didn’t like how they did fit got zero response for two emails. Shoes aren’t great the insoles are thin as paper had to get new ones and one shoe is too loose and it flips on my foot like a slipper.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying the shoes. Not as description, flat thin insole with no support. Too small and met with silence when I tried to contact them
Very dodgy company in my view and this poor / no service puts me off ever buying online again!
